Product Remanufacturing Center – Warehouse & Defect Analytics
PRC needed a comprehensive warehouse management system that could track products through the entire remanufacturing process while providing real-time analytics on defect patterns to feed back to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Bryan developed an end-to-end WMS using .NET and AngularJS, with SQL Server for data storage and SignalR for real-time updates across warehouse terminals. The system tracked products from intake through disassembly, refurbishment, and final packaging.
The platform featured synchronized workstations, barcode scanning integration, real-time inventory tracking, and comprehensive defect analytics that provided valuable feedback to OEMs about product quality and common failure patterns.
Outcome: End-to-end WMS with synchronized stations and defect analytics for R&D, improving operational efficiency and providing valuable quality insights to manufacturing partners.
