Casa de Montecristo – Customer Loyalty Platform
JR Cigars needed a sophisticated loyalty platform for their Casa de Montecristo retail locations that could integrate with their existing Bepoz POS system while providing customers with a modern web experience for managing rewards and purchases.
Bryan's team developed a Node.js API with an Angular frontend, backed by MongoDB and hosted on AWS. The system integrated directly with the Bepoz POS system to provide real-time reward tracking and redemption capabilities.
The platform featured customer account management, purchase history tracking, reward point accumulation and redemption, and personalized offers based on purchase patterns. The Angular frontend provided an intuitive interface for both customers and store staff.
